Coach John Ebron,
Before starting his coaching practice in 2016, John Ebron served twenty years in the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps. John speaks of his role guiding soldiers and their families through mental health obstacles endemic to the service. John was responsible to give 100% of his effort to aid soldiers’ mental fitness. Legally John could not be open about his identity as a gay man in the service. In light of this John grew even more empathetic and dedicated to helping others battling depression and loss.
While serving John became increasingly influenced by the personal development books of John C Maxwell. After twenty years John decided to end his term. The transition into civilian life was drastic, but it became evident that John’s purpose would be to continue coaching. In 2016 he founded Ebron Coaching & Consulting Group, LLC and since has worked with corporate teams and leaders, entrepreneurs and creators.
John employs positive psychology practices to provide clients with a customized, accountability framework that promotes their best performance. John explains that while each person’s life content is unique there are containers that allow his clients to grow intentionally and maximize the effect of their work.
